Shipping and Delivery
  • We offer free pick up and a delivery fee of $80 to any Sydney metropolitan area for the full Classic Direct range.
  • All items are usually dispatched within 1-2 days after payment. To easily calculate your delivery, simply enter your postcode at the checkout screen.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we only recommend transport via removalists or furniture transportation companies, as we have had problems in the past with standard couriers.
Privacy & Security
Privacy Policy Classic Furniture Direct is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect customer information in order to process your order and to communicate with you about our products and promotions. The type of information we collect about you when you register on Classic Furniture Direct includes your name, email address, postal address and phone number. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Your information will be kept securely. We will not sell your personal details for any reason. We may have to disclose information about you as required by law. By registering your information with Classic Furniture Direct, you are giving your consent to us sending you email correspondence regarding the website and any offers to the email address that you have registered. If you do not want to receive emails from us, you can remove your email address from our list at any time by using the links at the bottom of the emails we send you, or simply by emailing unsubscribe to info@classicdirect.com.au. Please ensure you enter ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line and include your full name and email address. We also use cookies on our website to monitor site usage and web traffic in order to help us make improvements to our site and the products we offer. Classic Furniture Direct may contain links to other sites. These sites contain their own privacy policies which will differ from Classic Furniture Direct privacy policy.
Returns & Replacements
Classic Direct warrants all goods for a period of 3 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Classic Direct’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal wear and tear; 2. Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse; 3. Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified; 4. Any indirect or consequential loss.
This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All works carried out by a party under instructions from Classic Direct will be covered by the 3 month warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by Classic Direct to be faulty a new item will be provided. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.
Return of the item is at the customers expense, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Ordering
By agreeing to order products on this website the buyer is agreeing to purchase at the price and in the way described. Classic Furniture Direct acceptance of the order is conditional on receipt and acceptance of payment and the ability of the seller to provide the item. Once you have placed an order through our online checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation email. Following the necessary payment and address checks, and subject to payment approval, we will dispatch the order. Our acceptance of an order takes place at point of dispatch. There may be circumstances when Classic Furniture Direct has to refuse to accept an order, for example if the items selected are not available, or it has not been possible to obtain authorisation for your payment or if there has been a price or product description error. In the event of this, you will be notified as soon as possible. Where, for any reason the item cannot be provided within 30 days, any payment received will be refunded in full. All refunds are given at the discretion of the company management. If you have a query with an order, please email sales@classicdirect.com.au. Classic Furniture Direct accepts most debit cards, MasterCard and Visa. All transactions will be processed by the secure payment gateway provided by PayPal. Classic Furniture Direct does not hold credit card details. During the payment process the card issuer will be asked to perform the usual verification checks. In the event of card refusal, Classic Furniture Direct cannot be liable for non-delivery or delay. If for any reason we cannot supply an item we will return payment immediately.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Classic Furniture Direct tries hard to ensure that all pricing and item descriptions are accurate. Photos have been made available to provide as accurate reflection as possible of the real item, however the user must acknowledge that there may be slight colour variations when viewed on screen. Classic Furniture Direct reserves the right to amend prices or descriptions in the event of any accidental inaccuracies.
If you need to know more information about the condition of an item prior to purchasing then please email us at info@classicdirect.com.au and we will be happy to discuss it with you. However, correspondence does not reserve an item.
